The Contour Weight Loss Program provides you with all the nutritional information and
supplements to successfully lose the weight and be healthy.

healthy weight long term, without depriving your body, losing muscle, or creating anxiety
or irritability.  Contour Weight Loss Center combines medical nutrition and detoxing to
ensure safe effective weight loss.  

We provide you with everything you need.  Physicians have carefully combined
pharmaceutical-grade ingredients to assistant in  your weight loss.    There is no guessing
here.   Our trained medical staff will happily answer any questions you may have.  Our
team is led by Dr. Robert  Difronzo, and we have medical assistants, ARNP's, Massage
Therapists, a Personal Trainer and a Personal Chef all available upon request for your on
going support.

Team Monitoring
The Contour Weight Loss Center team  monitors your:

BMI:  Body Mass Index - Correlates your physical stature and body weight with mortality
ratios including pre-existing conditions. Diabetes, cardiopulmonary disease, cancer etc.  
BMI is recognized as a valid assessment tool in identifying obese individuals.

BMR: Basal Metabolic Rate - measures the energy expended by the body to maintain
normal body functions such as respiration and circulation.

Impedance:  Measured in Ohms, the impedance value reflects how hard a mild electrical
signal has to work to travel through the body.  Lean mass conducts current; while fat mass
resists it.

FFM:  Fat Free Mass - is comprised of muscle,bone tissue, water, and all other fat free
mass in the body.  Generally speaking, males carry more muscle than females, therefore
they will report a higher FFM.

TBW:  Total Body Water - reflects the amount of water in the body.  According to dialysis
standards, women should be approximately 50 - 60 percent hydrated, and males should be
approximately 60 - 70 percent hydrated.

Vital Signs: We Measure and record vital signs at every visit including, blood pressure,
pulse and respiration.
